Question
Which Of These Events might cause bedlam:
a tornado destroys a neighborhood
a bouquet of flowers delivered
a fire hydrant floods a city
a poet reads her work at a bookstore

Answer
Did you even try the dictionary??  I don't like giving answers to your homework questions if you didn't put in some effort to learn first.

The definition is a scene or state of wild uproar or confusion.  This one is really, really obvious if you use your deductive reasoning.

Choices B and D are clearly not right.  That's called the process of elimination...taking out the obviously wrong choices.

Choice C will create a big mess but the process of flooding by fire hydrant is slow, we understand why it is happening, we can call the fire department to help us, we are not confused.

I would pick Choice A...tornados are quick and violent and tend to cause panic and confusion.
