Question my hp laptop screen suddently blanked when i was using it. when the screen is totaly out i cannot continue my work and have to restart the laptop again. this problem is always happen.
Answer Hello Vinot, is it actually all the way off, or is there a really faint image on the screen? Does it do the same thing plugged into a regular monitor? If there's a faint image, that would indicate a backlighting problem, probably the inverter board. If it does the same thing on a regular monitor, that would indicate a video card problem.
