Question QUESTION: hi! my problem is that I've noticed there are white dots on my screen and it moves. i don't know how to describe it. when im viewing some movies the dots are there and in some movie its not there. it is usually in black part of the movie like in the hair or in the black shorts that the actor is wearing. please help with this.

You did not tell me your Laptop model,so I'll tell you the probable reasons:
1.Probably the application you are using does not support your graphics card or the problem is with the card itself.
2.Take a look at you graphics card's driver,it may need to be updated.
3.Aren't you suffering from any viruses? These may also affect your graphic performance.
4.Haven't you changed the operating system so far?
If you tell me about the above questions and also some information about your laptop(the model, graphics card) and the application you are using, I think I can help you better.

QUESTION: my laptop is dv9030. the graphics card is nvidia geforce go 7600. the application that usualy display graphic instability is "real player" and the hp webcam. after reinstalling the webcam, i have no more problem with the cam. so i think its an application problem. im thinking of reinstalling the real player.
may i have another question. do you know of any free application that can enhance the performance of my computer? im using the "advance registry optimizer" but its only the trial version that i have. i cant buy the full version cause its very expensive. im looking for a free software (if there's any). please give me recommendation.
