Question hi! my problem is that I've noticed there are white dots on my screen and it moves. i don't know how to describe it. when im viewing some movies the dots are there and in some movie its not there. it is usually in black part of the movie like in the hair or in the black shorts that the actor is wearing. please help with this.

You did not tell me your Laptop model,so I'll tell you the probable reasons:
1.Probably the application you are using does not support your graphics card or the problem is with the card itself.
2.Take a look at you graphics card's driver,it may need to be updated.
3.Aren't you suffering from any viruses? These may also affect your graphic performance.
4.Haven't you changed the operating system so far?
If you tell me about the above questions and also some information about your laptop(the model, graphics card) and the application you are using, I think I can help you better.
