Laptops - Laptop for college

Expert: Mohammad Babaee - 7/25/2008

Question
Hello! I will be going off to college in a month, and I haven't found a good laptop that will suit my needs. I'm looking for a good quality laptop that has a metal or strong plastic case and is quite portable. I would prefer a 15" screen. I only need it for the Internet, Microsoft office, and enough storage for a few thousand songs and pictures. I don't plan on doing much gaming or entertainment-related stuff. My price range is preferably up to about $700-$800, but I can stretch that budget a little if needed. Known reliability and good support would be great too.
If you could give me some suggestions, I would greatly appreciate it.
Thank you,
Cynthia
