Question Hi, I dont know much about Laptop Computers. I would like to buy one and have this question. I would like to use it at home. Can I get an internet connection that I dont have to pay for? When the Laptop says it is Wireless what does this mean? I already have two home computers connected on a network, with DSL, but I want a laptop so that I can have a different IP address. Is it possible to connect to my home coputers and have a different IP address with the Laptop? Thank You, Bill

If you already have a DSL connection at home, you can simply buy a wireless router for a few dollars and connect your laptop and other computers in range to the router using a wireless card.Most laptops have a dedicated wireless card. This card enables you to connect to your home or office network or to wi-fi hotspots without using any wire or cable.
