Question
I have an inspiron 1521 amd x2. each time i log on i notice difference in the speed. when i go to control panel and system, the processor speed changes. It cannot be changed in the bios. How can I prevent this and have it run at the maximum.

According to what I know, this problem usually occurs with AMD processors.
