Sorry for the delay.
You know, e-system laptops doesn't have a good support and I couln't get the service/user's manual.
If you have it, please mail it to me at: mohammad[at]wmage[dot]com so that I can read it and help you. Unfortunately I have not tested changing an e-system 4115c laptop keyboard and I can't help you without reading the manual.
