Question Dell, Toshiba or HP Notebook? I need a computer for home to do Quickbooks, Outlook, Excel, Word, Publisher. I have read so many reviews on overheating issues on HP and read quality issues on the others. I need help from someone who is not trying to sell me something. I'm looking to keep my computer for a long time, I'm replacing a 7 year old Dell desktop and would like a laptop. What are your suggestions?

Dell, HP and Toshiba are all respectable manufacturers, but they are suitable for different needs. You can easily do Quickbooks, Outlook, Excel, Word and Publisher with all laptops, but if you want a durable laptop, I strongly recommend DELL Inspiron, VOSTRO and Latitude.
I recommend Dell because:
1.DELL is one of the largest companies manufacturing computers in the world.
2.The highest quality because of Researches.
3.The best price, not too expensive and not too cheap.
4.24 hour support.
5.Smart design besides simplicity.
6.Very durable because of used materials and powerful cooling system.
Dell laptops get hot very soon. It is because the powerful cooling system. If you use a smooth area to put your laptop on(not your bed, lap or sofa) there would not be any problem. VOSTRO, Inspiron and latitude models are good in both performance and durability, but not so portable.
