Question
QUESTION: sir, recently i noticed some bright spot on my lap top screen when turned on and wen booting also.my laptop brand is HP pavilion dv2000. i bought it five month before.can u help me to solve this problem.when screen is dark it is difficult to see.it become visible when screen is in light color
ANSWER: Hi Dhanya;
Please do the following:
1.Right-Click on "My computer" at the start menu.
2.Click "Manage"
3.At the left column, click "Device Manager"
4.At the right column you will see all the devices on your laptop
5.Click on the "+" besides the "Display Adapters"
6.Right-Click on your display card and click "Disable"
7.Restart the computer.
If you have a software problem, this must solve it, if your problem does not get solved, you have a hardware problem, then let me know.

QUESTION: sir, thanks for reply. I followed your instruction until step 5 and after that i couldn't see disply card and "disable" on right menu.when my computer is plugged in there now there are 9 bright spot visible but when it is worked in battery there are only 4 bright spot. can u help me
ANSWER: It seems you have a hardware problem, please show it to a technician or the nearest service center. I think you can not repair it yourself.

QUESTION: sir i bought my hp laptop from dubai.To get world wide warranty do i want to register it by online?
Answer
It is better to register, but there is no need in most laptops.The international warranty period is calculated from the serial number of your laptop, not your registration form, but it is highly recommended to register specially HP products after buying them.
