Question Which lap top is better ?, i will be using it for business looking up parts,records,pic's of jobs before and after,bill paying,internet surfing,entertainment,mobil and home. i'm thinking of 1000.00 or so and years of service. need your help.
Answer i would defintely go with Dell. They have a much better warranty, higher quality of customer service (which may just be because it is easier to get what you want), higher quality computers, and better deals. I've done extensive research (aka my dissertation to graduate) on the quality of almost all of the computer brand names out there, Dell and IBM being two of them.
