Question Hi Simon, my husband, myself and 8yr old daughter are likely to be spending 4 nts in vegas in Feb 09 after a skiing trip in Squaw Valley. He is currently serving in the RAF and would like to know the best way to get good discounts for military personnel. We are not really interested in the gambling, but mor in keeping the 8yr old happy.

The major Strip hotels do not generally offer service discounts but many of the Motels do. It’s my advice that you stay at a resort rather than at a motel particularly if you have a little one with you and to be honest the cost will not be much (if any) more. What time of year are you going this is important as to whether you use the pool or not, if you email me simon@vegasuncovered.com with your dates I can see if I have any discount codes for that period?
I also seem to remember having a list of things for folks with children to do in Vegas and I will see if I can dig it out, if I cant I will write one for you.
