Honestly, I've seen 40+ at ALL clubs. But try either Studio54 or VooDoo. These are ones you can still actually move around in and the drinks are slightly less.
As for shows/dinners. I think the best ways to get discounts are through the HOTELS themselves. Some will even offer a 2 for 1 buffet for example just by joining their slot-clubs!
I don't know if you are a big $$ gambler. But be sure that if they see you playing a lot, they'll offer discounts on those things.
