Experience Visit Vegas 4-5 times per year the last 15 years. Have stayed in almost every hotel/casino.
Question I will be in Vegas on july 8th - the 11th. It will be my wife and I. I'm traveling over there with 2500 for the days we are there. We arrive tuesday night @10pm and depart Vegas @ 11pm friday night. My question to you is can we have a great time on the budget?

Simple answer..yes.
Now, since I don't know exactly what you like to do or how much/little you budgeted for gambling the list is way too numerous to mention.
But I'll give you these tidbits.
It's easy to find great food deals so if you want to use a few days where $$ don't go into the stomach that's no problem.
You'll have to search a bit, but there are still a few $5 tables left if you are a BJ or Craps player. Try the smaller casinos.
Also, the popular shows are expensive, but there are tons of lesser-known comedians/magicians there which won't dent the wallet to see.
Go to Hoover Dam if that kind of thing interests you. Good way to kill a few hours and see a GREAT engineering marvel.
