Question
Am a male aged 27 living. I have severe shortsightedness.
My retina was damaged by Chloroqueen malaria drug in early childhood.It is sereted.
I have been told that my problem can only be corrected by laiser surgery.
Is that rue? And if tru, how much would it cost?

Dear GRACE,
Thanks for asking such elaborate and interesting question
Since your retina is probably damaged you will require retinal laser but along with that you may require vitreactomy and maybe silicone band also gas or silicone to be out inside the eye so unless i have your detailed report we will not knwo what exact complete procedure may be required also whet ever you want to do please do faster otherwise you will loose vision completely and later on nothing will work
