Question I'm a 18 year old male. My eye sight isn't too bad, -1.75 in one eye and -2.25 in the other. I would like to have lasik done as soon as possible but I am hearing several different answers on the minimum age. What is the minimum age to have the surgery?
Also, is this surgery 100% affective and perminent? Lasik puts them back to 20/20, but can't they change for the worse again? Also, out of all the clients you have helped, how many have had negaitve results?
Thanks for your time and help
Nick
Answer wait for a year and if there is no change in your prescription, go ahead.
Yes it is safe effective and premanent. Nothing in life is 100% Nick
I have been doing LASIK for 12 years now. No one that I know of has been desperately unhappy with their results... but then my acceptance criteria are very rigid. I do not operate on all patients who seek the surgery
