Please provide the exact medical meaning of "poor surgical prognosis", (as my father left eye has been diagnosed & observed as "poor surgical prognosis")

poor surgical prognosis means effectively that you will NOT GET desired surgical results or satisfaction after a particular surgery as is normally expected for any patient to be much better or maybe completely all right after any surgery
