Question Hi, I have keratoconus and since having an INTAC in one eye my vision had vastly improved in this eye and made my other eye lazy (the vision is not so good in this eye). I have visited an optician that specialises in keratoconus and she has given me glasses with Prisms.
Could you please tell me what the Prisms do? Will they train my lazy eye to move correctly again? How long will it take for my eyes to start working together again?
Many thanks
Answer Hello David, the INTAC eye with the improved vision is being compared with the other eye and probably makes it feel lazy. Does the other eye have keratoconus? What is the cause of the lazy eye? Why did the optometrist give you glasses with prisms? Did you have double vision?
Could either the INTAC doctor or the optometrist please hand us a report so that the picture gets clearer?
