Is it possible for a reduction in vision after having a squint operation if so for how long a period will vision delapidation occur for?

There is ABSOLUTELY no way squint surgery causes any change in visual acuity because squint surgery is done outside the eye only LASIK Surgery or Cataract surgery or any surgery which involves surgery INSIDE the eye does change visual acuity

QUESTION: thanks this is what i have been told also it is anatomically not possible, but here is my problem 2 years ago lasik surgery to correct vision, 27/11/07 squint operation. Now since November the vision in the right eye, which was operated on has been very poor nearly 1.75 out. The hosp believe they were too conservative with the squint op hence worsened double vision and i thought conneected dilapidated vision. i know you agree that vision and squint are not connected but i am seeking possibilities to why this has occured.
