Question After my cataract was removed, my pupil was pear shaped. I have had one laser surgey, but the pupil is now cat-eye shaped. I think my MD will schedule another laser procedure, and I want to know if this is normal or it's a problem. Would appreciate your response. Thanks

Thanks for asking such elaborate and interesting question
There are multipl ereasons for pupil being pear shaped either it is due to lens capture or posterior synechie once we have exact reasons then it is treated accordingly and it is just minor thing you will be perfectly all right after treatment and your eye surgeon is best judge what exactly needs to be done
