I am a 45years of age and Sri Lankan living in Toronto, Canada. One day I felt severe head stiffness and mild double vision ( at my far right side only)and it went away if I see the object little more time. On the following day I experienced permanent double vision at below the eye level and right side completely. I have diabetics and high blood pressure. Phonologists and neurologists insists this is a fourth nerve palsy. I need your advice and seek your help.

FROM YOUR SYMPTOMS and signs looks like nerve palsy but it is mandatory to go to ophthalmologist for complete check up and also get your MRI done to rule out any internal pathology in skull also you will need much better control of your diabetes and blood pressure, please don't delay as it could lead to further complications
