I have problem in distance vision.My eye vision numbers are left 5 and right 10. It is since childhood i have and kept increasing but after the age of 22, number is constant in both eyes. Right now my age is 30. Still i haven't gone through any kind of operation for eyes.
I want to go for Intralasik operation, regarding that please guide.
1. can i go for it with so high numbers(left 5, right 10)?
2. Is it better to go for intralasik the lasik operation?
3. how much risk factor is there? I mean safe?
4. do we have this facility in India, if not than when will it be coming to india?
5.how much it cost to me?

1] yes you can very well undergo any refractory procedure number is NOT the criteria your parameters should be sufficient enough
2] the type of surgery depends on your corneal thickness or pachymetry measurements
3] now with latest technology it is absolutely safe
4] yes in INDIA we are on par with any developed country we have same technology as other countries infact that is the reason why we get so many patients coming here to get operated only because SAME technology is available at much cheaper cost
5] cost depends on so many factor like technology you want and to be used on you and type of procedure and power
