Question I've been reading your comments for previous questions. Is there really truth to a lasik procedure that can be done to change eye color permanently I really want to know? Some say its known in russia and Europe.

lasik is done to remove glasses permanently
any other surgery by laser to change eye color is not commercially knwon at this stage i am sorry cant help you on this matter
