Laser Eye Surgery - Reg : Zyoptics surgery that i underwent a week ago

Question
QUESTION: Dear Sir,
Today is the eighth day after i had the zyoptics surgery at chennai. After all the pre surgery investigation i was counselled to undergo intralace surgery to bring down my eye power from -7 to 0 depending on the results of the investigation. I was also told that the zyoptics surgery will only bring down the power to 1 to 1.5 possibly.
As i was depending on the Mediclaims, i cudn go for intralace surgery and opted for zyoptics and i agreed the i may have to wear thin glasses.
Soon after the zyoptics surgery i was called in to the operation theatre again for washing the flaps created on my left eye. Is it quiet normal for the flaps to get folded during the surgery and requires washing with saline water?
After washing the eye for folded flaps the surgeon was not 100 satisfied at my left eye when examined with the light and telescope like instrument. Then they put an eye drop and asked me to leave for the day
Next morning i got a clear vision on my right eye which was perfectly fine but the left eye had a comparitively low vision. After checking my eyes i was asked toi revisit on seventh day for checkup.
Now there is no glaring / watering on my both the eyes but left  eye comparitively has very poor vision. When i close the right eye i ve a very blurred vision and it is more during the evenings or dim light areas.
Very much frustrated that the doctors didnt find time to hear to my words about this problem, but i was asked to revisit on 30 th day saying that the vision will be gradually enhanced and i may have to wear a thin glass of power -1.
                    My questions are;
1, Is it normal the flaps might get folded during the surgery and isn there any problems related to the vision?
2, Is intralace more effective and accurate than zyoptics?
3, Will my left eye improve in its vision? If yes why this had happened only with my left eye?
4, will i get the residual power of -1 to -2?
5, can i go for a second surgery for fine tuning if it is required? is it possible ?
6, is this problem on my left was due to the flaps problem during the surgery?
7, During surgery i heard surgeon asking other helping doctors 'how much'? and a reply ' it is 69' , and then after my left eye was operated the surgeon again asked 'how much?' the other one replied '69 again' and the surgeon wondered '69 again'
i dont know what are those technical numbers but are they related to my vision problem on my left eye. ( before surgery my laft eye had very high power than right one)
8, can i undergo intralace again in near future?
9, Can i check my eyes with different hospital ?
Awaiting ur response, thanks in advance!!!

ANSWER: Dear GOPINATH,
Thanks for asking such elaborate and interesting question

1] YES it is normal for flaps to get folded post operatively and No it doesn't cause problem as it can be just washed and put in position
2] intralase or zyoptic matter only if you have thinner corneas otherwise both are no problem at all with good results
3] one cannot compare both the eyes it depends on corneal thickness available and each eye behaves in different way and i dont have your exact parameters so cannot guide you completely
4] residual power depends on availability of corneal thickness if your corneal thickness was sufficient there was no need to keep the balance power
5] if sufficient corneal thickness available yes you can go for recorrection
6] no flaps folding doesn't cause long term problems
7] i cant opine what 69 they were talking about
8] only if parameters sufficient yes
9] why you want to check different hospital trust your doctor and go back if you have any doubts

If you any further questions please revert back to me
Thanking you
