Question Hello
I am a British woman 48 years old and I have a squint (slight) in my right eye. I had it as a child and used to wear patch then glasses and finally was operated on at 6 years old
However in latter years I find it is noticeable again, or rather my teenage children notice it although it does not cause double vision or any problems at all
It is more cosmetic at the moment and wonder how it might be treated now, if at all and anything I can do.
I live in France near La Rochelle so would be grateful to know of any new treatments, opeations etc etc

Some squints do recur as the muscles operated upon can become weak, this can be rectified with surgery again. However, the need whether to do surgery, if surgery will help, or if the squint is some sort which can be helped with some Orthoptic exercises alone, can be answered only after a detailed eye examination.
The same can be also done with a good Orthoptics expert locally.
