"Hello there! While surgeons usually advise you to take all precautions to avoid any exertion or injury to your eye, sneezing is really something you cannot avoid. It is quite common to experience discomfort, itchiness, blurry vision etc immediately after Lasik and you can expect these side effects to gradually decrease as your eye heals. How many days this will exactly require cannot be said as different bodies heal at different rates. While it may be a few days for some, it may even be upto 6 months for others. However, you need to identify if this discomfort is the same as that you experienced after surgery and is gradually decreasing or it has come up afresh which would mean that you need to consult your doctor. If in case of doubt, do plan that visit so that your worries can be laid to rest.
