Laser Eye Surgery/Esotropia

I am 35 years old and have been using the spectacles from last 23 years. (myopia/-4 in both eyes). I have recently noticed the inward squint in eyes and the squint has gradually increased in last one or two years.

I have excessive use of computer due to job.

My question is
1. whether this sort of adaptive esotropic vision correction possible. ?
2. Are there any side effects.?
3. Can Vision therapy / exercise help in improvement?

The problem is effecting my job and social relationships, please guide.

Thank you for your query
From what i have gathered from your information you need to check with your eye specialist regarding change of spectacle power and also regarding your near vision correction if required most likely it is because of change in glasses power for distance and addition of power for near which may cause such a problem please have proper complete check up
please revert back to me if you have any additional query
