Question
QUESTION: Doctor, I've got three questions for you:

1. What is the difference between 'Phaco' and FECO?
2. If the lens is 3.5 mm, is it safe to go through this procedure? What are the possible risks and precautions?
3. What are the possible risks if the patient is over 80 in age?

2] these are foldable lenses so we introduce through 1.8 to 2.2 mm incisions
3] with due precautions and good materials used in terms of better lenses and better solutions it is perfectly safe
