The surgery that permamently changes eye color is safe. I had it done myself and Im very happy. Im back in California and see perfectly with my new baby blue eyes. I would do my research before trusting someone trying to gain popularity of such a break threw procedure

You didn't answer the question.  The person asking didn't imply that they were going to inject lipochrome into their eyes; they just want to know if it can be done.  Does anyone know the answer?  Can melanin and lipochrome, which give the eyes color, be modified to change eye color?
