" Meis confido somniis ” is the Latin translation of your phrase “In my dreams I trust”.

Note that:

-In my = MEIS (dative/ablative  case of the possessive MEUS agreed with SOMNIIS)

-dreams = SOMNIIS ( dative / ablative case of SOMNIUM, 2nd.declension. In fact the verb CONFIDO takes the dative / ablative)

-I trust = CONFIDO
