I don't know Norwegian and then I don't know if your phrase in Norwegian ("De som elsker meg, følger meg") refers to the singular or the plural, just because you wrote "Those who" which in English is a plural pronoun, while the verbs "loves/follows" are in the 3rd.person singular.
Anyway, if you want to say “Those who love me follow me” (in the plural), here’s its translation:
“Qui me amant me sequuntur”.
If on the contrary you want to say “The one who loves me follows me” (in the singular), you must translate it as follows:
“Qui me amat me sequitur”.
