If you are looking for the best translation of “Love rationally, live passionately”, here it is:
“Rationaliter ama, vehementer vive ”.
If on the contrary you want to use the same words of "Vive mente, corde ama" meaning “Live rationally, love passionately”, by however exchanging the placement of the nouns in the ablative case, you should say:
“Vive corde, ama mente” or better “Vive corde, ratione ama ”.
