Question
Hi
Sorry I was just wondering what "The Unknown Three" (or just unknown three without the 'the') would be with no gender specified? I know that its "Tres ignotae mulieres" when referring to women but what is it without a specified gender?

Answer
Hello,

Both "The Unknown Three" and  "Unknown three"  with no gender specified  translate as “Ignoti tres” or “Tres ignoti” with a different word order that in Latin can be variable as Latin is an inflected language where syntactical relationships are indicated by the ending, not by the order of the words.
