AboutHannah Expertise I can answer questions concerning standard doctrines, scriptures, curiousities, Mormon culture and society. I will not respond to debates. I'm sorry, but there are some things that I simply will not answer, not because I don't want to, but there are some things that the LDS people do not discuss casually--it's only talked about within the temple. Though I am a member, I do not believe that anyone could convert anyone to a religion over something as impersonal as the internet. So I won't even try to.
Experience I have been a member of the LDS church for 8 years. Though I'm still a young person, I can answer most things about the church.
Question QUESTION: What does God says about killing? If someone is pure evil, what do you do to deal with them? Also, why can't God kill Satan and what do you do to beat Satan?
ANSWER: Killing is one of the most severe sins there are. If there is one thing God couldn't care more about, it is His children. What are some of the worst things you could do to His children? He cares most how his children enter the world and how they exit it. Killing in war of course, is not upon your head, but if it was unjustified is upon the heads of the rulers of the countries. If someone is pure evil, what do you do? Well, what can you do? If you were supposed to kill them, you would do it. There have been times in the scriptures in which God told people to kill other people. Why? In the Book of Mormon, it says, "It is better that one man should perish, than a whole nation dwindle in unbelief." Meaning, sometimes you have to kill a man to save the people that he would later effect. And we have to make that judgment. And God is merciful. I don't think if someone was given the death sentence and then God said, "Nope. I didn't want him to die." That you're automatically condemned. Condemnation is SO much more complicated than fire and brimstone preachers would have you believe.
Why can't God kill Satan? He's not alive. He never had a body. He's a spirit. God has done what is like killing Satan. He has denied him and his followers a body. Everyone who has ever been or will ever be on earth has a body. And that's theirs to keep, regardless of what they do here. Granted, if you reenter Satan's prescence (really tough to do), and you have a body, it will be slightly awkward, but that's the way it works. He was SO desperately to have a body, that's why he hates all of us. How do you best Satan? He only has power when you give him power. Satan has no power of force, only mind power. And if you shut him out, he's powerless. If you tell Satan, no, everytime that he tempts you, you already won. It's pretty cool.

QUESTION: I am still not sure, how do deal with someone who is pure evil just like Satan?
Answer There is no one like that on earth. No one that has come to earth is pure evil. They were denied a body. How do you deal with someone who has really left the path? You break ties with them. Don't communicate with them. My dad always told me, "If you put a white glove in mud, you get an awful lot of mud on the glove, and not a lot of white on the mud." It's like that. You just have to leave them. If it's on a more powerful level (say...Hitler, Stalin...that kind of thing), then you have to take the measures to protect those who you can.
