Latter-day Saints - Throne and Lamb

Expert: David Gross - 8/21/2008

Question
Hi, according to Mormons

Who is sit on the Throne in Revelation 4:10
and who is the lamb in Revelation 5:6
and who will be the bride of Lamb ?

Answer
First, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, does not have official commentary on most of the scriptures particularly verse by verse.

Keeping that in mind... my opinion is:

Revelation 4:10--Jesus Christ would be sitting on the throne because the next verse refers to the Lord who is Jesus Christ.

The lamb in Revelation 5:6 would be symbolic of Jesus Christ.

The bride of the Lamb will be the righteous people who are members of His Church, the Covenant People and the House of Israel.
