Latter-day Saints - God's Beginning

Question
I attempted watching the Anti-Mormon movie, "God Maker" and was curious about their interpretation of God's beginning. They mentioned something about him coming from a planet and that his name was "Eloheem" (sp?)or something to that effect. Could you please elaborate on this and tell me what the Mormon's genuinely believe.  Also, is there a site that answers all the false accusations that the movie put forth?

Answer
I will answer the easy question first.  Elohim is one of names that Jews use for God.
God does not have a beginning because his existence is infinite both past and future.
http://www.mormon.org/learn/0,8672,801-1,00.html is a link that has specific information about God from our church.  lds.org is the official church website that also has many pages of information about our beliefs.
We believe that God lives in a place called Kolob.
Here is a website that answers the "God Makers" claims
http://www.lightplanet.com/response/godmaker.htm and here is a website that does scholarly research about the church and the scriptures http://farms.byu.edu/.
Let me know if you have any more questions.
