AboutHannah Expertise I can answer questions concerning standard doctrines, scriptures, curiousities, Mormon culture and society. I will not respond to debates. I'm sorry, but there are some things that I simply will not answer, not because I don't want to, but there are some things that the LDS people do not discuss casually--it's only talked about within the temple. Though I am a member, I do not believe that anyone could convert anyone to a religion over something as impersonal as the internet. So I won't even try to.
Experience I have been a member of the LDS church for 8 years. Though I'm still a young person, I can answer most things about the church.
Question i am doing a test on religon and food and need to no some feast days and the food ov choicefor mormon muslim jewish esetra could u help with mormon
Answer Well, Mormons don't really have feast days that aren't the usual Christian ones. Like Easter and Christmas. The only holiday we have that other Christians don't is Pioneer Day, which is July 24th, and is when the first train of LDS saints reached the Salt Lake Valley. We'll also occaisionally have some mini-celebrations on Joseph Smith's Birthday (December 23rd), and an honoring on Joseph Smith's martyrdom (June 27th) but neither of those are official holidays.
There aren't really any particular foods that we eat specially. Except that we're huge fans of jello (an encasing things therein) and casseroles. And funeral potatos. But not really anything different there.
