Question Do you know what she is doing now? Personal info? She was so enjoyable, what was the reason for her termination?

I'm not always up on who's doing what after they leave L&O,. but here's what I know about Elisabeth: She's engaged to be married to Ron Wooster, and is currently pregnant with their first child. The baby is due in April, the wedding in September, "In the backyard of their 1897 farmhouse on the bay in the Hamptons on New York's Long Island," according to People Magazine.
Work-wise, she's got three films in post-production right now:
"The Spy and the Sparrow"
"San Saba"
and "Aftermath"
All of which are due out this year.
I believe she left for the same reasons many leave L&O: The hours are long and grueling, and there's not a lot of downtime between episodes. The slot she held -- the ADA role -- is the most frequently recast role on the show, and I believe at the time she was interested in pursuing other activities, including moving out to California to be with her (then) fiancee, who lived there.
