This was asked a few months ago. Did you ever manage to find this movie on dvd? Or at least a upc code so I can buy it from a store?

Unfortunately, this film has not yet been released on DVD or VHS -- as a TV movie its chances are small. If you want to see it, you're going to have to go underground. Join a few L&O-related mailing lists and see if anyone has it on VHS and can make a copy. Another option is to check and see if it's been Bit Torrented (not that I'm recommending that one way or the other) or go here:
