Question I was just watching an episode of the show where a super in the back of a
building discovers a body. The strangest thing happened though - while the
character does his thing, a voice narrates two lines, one of which is
"Frank walks forward with the garbage." This sounds like a peculiar production
issue, but maybe you know something about this? The episode is called Access
Nation. Thanks!

Although it's been a while since I saw "Access Nation," I don't recall any sort of production error like that. The most likely explanation is you may have hit a button that let you hear audio transcription for the blind -- there is a character in the episode called "Frank." But I'll definitely keep an eye out for it next time.
