Question My lawn has weeds that grow very nasty stickers look like sand burrs how can I get rid of them? They are spreading fast. Low growning
Answer First of all identify your lawn grass accurately, right down to the variety e.g. "Floratam" in the case of St. Augustine. Then identify the 'stickers' that are the problem. Your County Extension Services will do both for you. They will even set you on the right track with legal methods of control.
