There's no proof that the man in the painting is supposed to be Apollo, although that is the most popular theory. Some have speculated that it's Satan as well. The fact is, Rimmer never gave any indication as to who it may be.

And Besides, if you are going to get this tattoo, don't you think you should be a little more knowledgeable about Led Zeppelin? Who are you trying to portray yourself as?. If you think it is original, think again. My girlfriend has the tattoo in question for many years know. The difference between you and her is she knows what she is talking about, knows her s#*t, and is a true fan. Also, be warned: Numerous people will ask you if you like Bad Company since they were the first (and relatively only) big name to be signed to the label and the logo is more often associated with them.
