Led Zeppelin - Babe I'm Gonna Leave You's Solo

Expert: Mike Caldwell - 7/6/2009

Question
I was finding videos on youtube which have the solo of Led Zeppelin's Babe I'm Gonna Leave You (The real album version, the real crazy one) But I couldn't find any. I doubt that anyone can play that. It looks real hard. Can you link me any video of it?

Answer
After a bit of looking around, there are a couple.  This guy just plays along with a classical guitar, but is rather true to Zep's original recording, especially during the little solo passages:

Then there's always the Great White cover from the early 1990s, it's not exact, but they do a reasonably good job trying to replicate the album version, to an extent.  They always tried to be the "new Zeppelin" but, well, no.
