Question
hi, i was trying to get my nephew a job at a local Albertson's, first i asked the manager that was in charge of the bag boy's if there was an opening and he said have your nephew fill out the applicationover the net , he did 2 weeks past by and nothing so i spoke to the manager again and he that the lady in charge said no openings, i said ok the next day i spoke to the same lady and she very excited "YES" !! we need lots of help so then i told her well my nephew has not received a call form no one here? She said to bring him the next day and to ask for the manager and i took my nephew and i asked for the manager and he went to talk to her the Supervisor and she said we dont interview on saturdays and she said we will call you in 3 days 2 weeks have com and gone..!  can i send an email to question Albertson's???

Answer
Ariel,

You are allowed to send an email to Albertsons.  I would suggest that your nephew send the email or make the call since he is the one who is applying for the job.  It is nice you are investing so much time into getting your nephew a job and think it may be best if he takes the initiative in the future.

Very truly yours,

Paul D. Friedman, M.A., Ph.D., J.D.
