would billy clinton be able to be hillary's vice

Answer
I don't think so no. Technically I suppose she could (if she did win the Democratic nomination, she could choose anyone to be the VP candidate) but I think it's more likely she would base her decision on the primary election results (i.e Obama or Rihardson)
