Question Please help me answer this question: What branch do many modern constitutional governemnts have? What are the functions of each branch? thank you...
Answer Hi Tom,
Most modern constitutional governments have three branches: Legislative, Executive, and Judicial.
The Legislative branch makes laws, the Executive enforces the law and runs the day to day government functions, and the Judiciary tries wrongdoers, and interprets laws with vague meaning.
