Question Car overheated....Fix it
Car started making funny noise like bubbling water when pressing the gas and then it stop moving ground wire was hot and unscrew the cap on the engine a little smoke came out.....that was three days ago.... now this morning after we try to jump it several times they disconnected the battery and connected again the car started....I would like to know why it stop and wouldn't turn over or what can be the possible problem.....Stumped
Answer WITH THE SMALL AMOUT OF INFO INCLUDED IN YOUR'RE QUESTION, THE SMOKE IS POSSIBLY STEAM AND BUBBLING NOISE IS POSSIBLY COOLANT FLOW. CHECK THE COOLANT LEVEL. THE NO START MAY BE POSSIBLY A BAD CONNECTION AT THE BATTERY. THIS MAY EXPLAIN WHY THEY DISCONNECTED THE BATTERY THEN IT STARTED UP.
