Question How do you replace the air filter on my 2005 Lexus RX330?
Answer Hello Allan,
It's a litle trick to replace the filter on this vehicle. You would need a 10mm racket, socket and an extension. There are 2 10mm bolts that hold the air filter together. Unbolt the 10mm bolts. Slide upper half of the box toward the driver's side. You would need to disconnect some of the hoses connected. Remove the filter. Replace the fitler with a lexus unit!!!! Aftermarket air filter would cause some fitment issues!!!!! Make sure everything fit properly and there isn't any gap between upper and lower box. Reconnect all the hoses. It's very important that you reconnect all the hoses. If you don't, A CEL(Check Engine Light) will trigger. Good luck sir.
