Question
If something were to happen to my husband ,who is a producer, how would I get a temporary licence ?

This is very specific to each state, as many states are different.

I recommend that you email your state's department of insurance. They will be able to answer this for you quickly.

For example, here in Texas before someone can receive a 90-day temporary license they must complete a 40-hour training program.
