Question
I would like to know about that is life insurance is legal in Islam or not?

Answer
Yes, Islam "supports" legal agreements and encourages people to help themselve as well as contribute efforts and money for the welfare of the Society.

Life Insurance is a contract where one party agrees to get a financial protection against certain events e.g. in case of retirement, accident or death and another party agrees to provide financial protection on payment of a certain premium.

Should you need any further information, please feel free to contact us again.

Thanking you,

Yours sincerely,

(Sheikh Saeed Ahmad)
